BREEDER MEDALLION AWARD
The Breeder Medallion Award is designed to recognize and honor the member breeder who, as breeder of record, has produced the most successful competitors in various recognized events.
Eligibility:
| Breeder must be a member in good standing of the Dogue de Bordeaux Society of America at the time that the award is given. | |
| Titles to be counted toward the award are AKC Championships and any AKC or other titles that are recognized and verifiable by the Dogue de Bordeaux Society of America Working Dogue Program. | |
| Titled dogues must be AKC registered for those titles to be counted toward the award. | |
| Titles of dogues that are deceased at the time the award is made may be counted toward the award, so long as all other eligibility requirements are met. | |
| Titled dogues counting toward the award need not be owned by the member breeder at the time the award is made. |
General Rules:
| The member breeder must submit the Breeder Medallion nomination form by January 31st of the year in which the award is to be given. | |
| Statistics will be used from January 1 through December 31 of each year. | |
| Titles counting toward the award which are not AKC titles must be verifiable by the Dogue de Bordeaux Society of America Working Dogue Program. | |
| The Awards Committee may recommend revisions to this program and revisions will be approved by majority vote of the Dogue de Bordeaux Society of America Board of Directors. Notification of such revisions will be made to the membership on a timely basis. |
